John and I wanted to take a moment to send you this long overdue note to thank you for the wonderful job you and your team did constructing our new offices. We have been through a number of construction projects over the years and, while the construction of our new offices in Plantation was our largest undertaking, it was by far the smoothest and most professionally handled project we have dealt with.
Aesthetically, the offices came out beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. On those few occasions where the workmanship of a particular aspect was not perfect or we requested a change, you quickly addressed the issues to make the workmanship perfect and address the changes. We appreciate that you did so without pushback and without delay, even in cases where we might have been a bit “nit-picky”.
We also want to thank you for the unsurpassed level of communication we had with you. We appreciate that not a single phone call or email went unreturned and that, with rare exception, our calls and emails were returned within hours or the same day, even on weekends.
Finally, please know that we also very much appreciate your efficiency and that the premises were ready for us to move in by the date we discussed at the commencement of the project. We had very little flexibility with our move-in deadline and are delighted that you and your team were able to get the project completed on time.

This letter is written in recommendation of A-Z Builds Construction Company. We are a commercial developer in business for over 40 years with currently over 40 grocery anchored shopping center that we manage. A-Z completed a $500,000 Five Below buildout in our Pembroke Pines shopping center for us as well as various other tenant improvements in our centers. In addition, A-Z Builds has performed improvements directly for our tenants which include Hand and Stone at Pembroke Crossing and a Preschool at our Sunset Lakes Center.

Beyond Our Wildest Expectations…
Steven Korfin of A-Z Builds, Inc., was hired by our law firm in the middle of 2016 for a 6,000+ square feet build-out of Class-8 condominium office space in Ft. Lauderdale. The task was daunting as the entire suite, originally built in 1988, had to completely demolished for a full-scale renovation. In conjunction with an architect, Mr. Korfin and his team performed beyond our wildest expectations.
Words cannot describe how pleased we were with A-Z builds, from the beginning to the end of the
project and all points in between.
Since a picture speaks a thousand words, we have taken the liberty of enclosing some photographs of our magnificent suite, in a Class-8 building but with Class A results. Although we fully expected some hiccups, there really were none and any minor problems were immediately addressed.
