Andrew Yanowitz is the Vice President of A-Z Builds. He graduated from The University of Central Florida in 2006. He began as an intern in the office and in the field after graduation in 2007. He became a General Contractor in 2011. Through dedication and hard work, Andrew became a respected experienced Project Manager and earned a corporate position. Andrew works closely with architects and subcontractors to ensure the highest quality and standards for all our clients. He meets with both City and County officials to establish guidelines so company projects can meet expected deadlines. He has a professional approach that has established him as a respected member of the construction industry.

Steve Korfin is the President and qualifier of A-Z Builds. Steve is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Communications and a minor in business administration. Steve is a licensed General Contractor since 1984 and is highly experienced in all phases of construction. A-Z Builds is a company where quality and respect are the keys to client satisfaction. Steve exhibits excellent team building skills that he uses to assist architects, subcontractors and construction teams in finding the best solutions and options for his clients. He is driven to ensure that project goals are met on time, and ultimately the client’s expectations are exceeded. Client satisfaction is the foundation that continues to keep A-Z Builds successful today.

A-Z BUILDS is a commercial construction company located in North Miami Beach, Florida. It was previously known as A-Z Blds Inc. (1981-2016) and originally founded by John Kurzman. The company transitioned to A-Z Builds in 2016 when John Kurzman retired. Steven Korfin, president and an original owner as well,continues with our long established principles of honesty, quality, responsibility, and service. We believe in working on the customers behalf and doing what we say we are going to do. We demand the best from our sub-contractors and ourselves.A-Z BUILDS benefits from the combined experience of its principals Steven Korfin and Andrew Yanowitz who have produced in excess of 50 million dollars in their construction careers. We believe that for the successful execution of a project on time, effective planning is essential in scheduling, permitting, budgeting, site safety and availability of materials and laborers; and we partner with our clients to achieve these goals.
